Statement from the Confederation
The Confederation of Nations advises that a formal Letter of Rebuttal has been issued and lawfully served to the Commonwealth and Queensland Government regarding current “Reconciliation” and “Voice to Treaty” frameworks.
This document sets out our collective position that:
- Our Sovereignty is inherent and unceded.
- Any engagement must be based on free, prior, and informed consent.
- Our Nations must be recognised as distinct political and cultural entities.
This public statement is provided for transparency and to inform our people and the broader community.
