Our guiding principles: Governance explained
Understand how The United Tribal Nation Confederation operates, respecting the inherent authority of each Nation while collaboration for a stronger collective future.
The Confederation brings Nations together through coordination and recognition. It records decisions, supports alignment where agreed, and provides a clear structure for cooperation.
We work together on an international scale, building pathways for independent governance, agreements, and Nation-to-Nation relationships.
At all times, we remain committed to caring for our people and protecting Country — land, sea, air, and water — guided by the rightful authority of the Nations and of those places.
The Confederation does not govern or override Nations. All authority remains with each Nation.
We coordinate, recognise, and stand together — caring for our people and Country across land, sea, air, and water while building pathways for independent governance.

Respecting autonomy and cultural integrity
Cultural integrity is preserved by ensuring that knowledge, law, and traditions remain with the rightful owners and are not shared, used, or represented without consent.
The Confederation exists to support coordination between Nations — not to standardise, interfere, or replace what already exists.
Each Nation stands whole and independent — respected in its authority, protected in its culture.
